* CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE:
To make a purchase of any product of our virtual store, the user must first register on it. The essential requirement to register will be the age of majority, in accordance with the Law of your Country (18 years in Spain) and accomplish with the dates that will appear on the screen.

Refering to our electrical and electronic items (bulbs, transformers, extractors, scales, vaporizers, etc.), these are tested and checked before being sent to make sure they work correctly.
The user will have a period of 7 working days to make the payment of the order. If The Maria Shop has not charged the amount of the order within this period of time it will proceed the cancellation of the same.
* SENDING METHOD (PENINSULA AND BALEARIC):
- Our sends are made through a Transportation or Courier Company.
- Our packages are discreet plasticized and sealed, if when you receive your order you notice any anomaly in the packaging of your package, make it appear on the delivery note of the carrier.
- Delivery time for low volume parcels from 1 to 2 working days.
- Delivery time for large parcels of 2 to 3 working days.
- It may take a few hours depending on the delivery area.
- The days that we indicate are from the receipt of an e-mail that will receive the client, in which we indicate that your order has left.
- We don’t send to PO Boxes.
- The price of the postage will appear in the shopping cart.
- The articles offered on our website are endorsed by the main commercial brands. In case of return, this must be done within 7 working days of receipt of the package and should contact us via e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason of the return and makinf easier the following information: name and number from order.
- The product must be returned as it was delivered, it means in its original packaging (not broken) and in good condition, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
- Returns will not be accepted for: BOOKS, DVD and LAMPS.
- All expenses from the return will be payed by the customer (management, transportation and bank transfer expenses).
- Once received the goods in our shop and checked the status of it, it will proceed to the refund by transfer after discounting all expenses produced by the return.
